Stay safe out there. We hope this note finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy. We remain committed to supporting our clients and community during the pandemic and, now, as it winds down. We want to communicate a few changes we’ve made to better serve you and help protect clients and staff in the office. Service Changes Our office hours have not changed. We are working in the office and some work is performed remotely.  We currently have no restrictions for face to face meetings. We have face masks available in the office and can wear them if a client has a medical need. We are particularly sensitive to needs of our older clients. Drop of and Pickup Procedures Documents may be dropped into our black drop box at the back of our office during or after office hours if needed.  We are also here in the office generally form the hours of 9:30 to 5:30 pm. Please call in advance to schedule any needed appointments. We are a small office and occasionally have out of the office meetings and training. Video Conferencing Video conferencing is also available for tax return reviews or other meetings as a time saver or if you are sick. Cloud Sharing We utilize Google and Microsoft cloud technologies and are able to share documents with our clients in the cloud.  Please contact Stephen Scott if you would like to setup Google Gsuite cloud space for sharing information.
